Welcome to The Silverwood Sizzler. These Terms and Conditions outline the regulations and terms, for the use of our Street Food Truck Services including collection, delivery and returns. By accessing this website and/or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Ordering and Delivery

Orders can be placed and paid for through our website. By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.

Collecting on site – please be respectful of on site guests keep noise to a minimum and drive slowly.

On Site eating facilities may be available during specific times and will be advised if they are open or not with signage.

We may have on site events on if they are taking place please do not approach these areas as they will be private family gatherings.

Minimum Order: A minimum order amount may be required for delivery and collection. This amount will be specified at the time of ordering on our website.

Special Requests: While we will do our best to accommodate special requests, we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met.

2. Returns and Refunds

To avoid a return or refund process you must check your collection order prior to leaving the site as any discrepancies will not be rectified thereafter. No additional dishes will be prepared for any claimed shortages on order after leaving the site.

Quality Guarantee: We take pride in the quality of our food. If you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us within our opening hours on the day of your dissatisfaction for a resolution. Please note nothing can be resolved the day after.

Refunds: Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with our Refund Policy.

3. Website Usage and Cookies

Access to our website is permitted however please be advised we do reserve the right to withdraw or amend this service at any time without notice.

Cookies: Our website uses cookies to enhance the user experience. By using our website, you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

We apologise if your recent experience did not meet our high standards. At The Silverwood Sizzler we are committed to ensuring you of our quality and satisfaction with all our dishes.

If you unfortunately do encounter any issues related to your food experience, such as improperly prepared items we are here to address your concerns promptly.

Refund Procedure for Quality Concerns

  • Please provide clear photographic proof of the affected items
  • Contact Us – Please contact our Team on 07394 083953 within 30 minutes of receiving your order
  • Investigation – Our Team will carefully review the provided information and images to verify the quality issue
  • Refund – Sizzler Credit – Please note if the issue is confirmed by our Team we will issue a refund in the form of a Credit for the Sizzler which can be used and contributed towards any future orders at The Silverwood Sizzler
  • Please note that our refund policy covers quality concerns with the food itself. A Credit Refund will be provided exclusively for the effected item(s) and not the entire order
